Terms of service
Once an order is placed, we cannot add or subtract items. If you want any additional items not included in your original order, please place a new order. We will combine shipping with a reduced charge on separately placed orders or on orders from different sales.
Items placed in carts are not guaranteed or reserved until purchase is completed, and the purchaser has received an order number/confirmation email.
We guarantee that our dahlia tubers will grow and will be true to variety name, or your product will be refunded. Please plant your dahlias after your USDA growing zone’s last frost date, and follow the detailed growing instructions we include with your shipment. Your dahlia tubers should sprout within 5 weeks after planting. If they fail to sprout within 6 weeks after planting, please email us immediately at support@firefly-acres.com. We are not responsible for weather issues, pest damage, or poor customer care. Problems with dahlia tubers must be reported by August 1 of the year they were ordered.
Refunds: Customers may cancel orders up to two weeks before requested ship date. Please email us at support@firefly-acres.com with your request. We will refund to your original payment method, minus a 15% admin fee.
Firefly-Acres reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time.
