Collarette (CO) (90XX)

The first 2 numbers of the ADS classification will be (90) then followed by the number of the color. A bloom will have a single row of flat or slightly cupped ray florets arranged in a flat plane” the ray florets will uniformly overlap, preferably in the same direction with no gaps.
